Entrepreneur? Yup! Productive? Maybe not.

– ISOLATE YOURSELF

If no one finds you, no one can disturb you. Choose a quiet workplace, free from distractions and social disturbances.

– MAKE A LIST

Of all the tasks to be accomplished! You can even divide them into subcategories. If a ‘flash’ comes while you are doing one of these tasks, write it down on your list and go back to your original task; you’ll take care of it later, while being sure of not forgetting it.

– USE AN AGENDA

And respect it! Attack your main priorities before handling the secondary tasks.

– PRIORITIZE

Write down 3 priorities / tasks each evening for the following day. It’s great if you accomplish even more than that, but make sure you do at least these 3 tasks. That’s called long term productivity!

– ONE THING AT A TIME

Don’t start a second and third task before you finish the first one. Focus your attention on one thing at a time.

– ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS

Facebook, Instagram, text messages … You’ll reply later.

– TAKE SHORT BREAKS

Get up, take a little walk, take a big sip of water, stretch, do some breathing exercises.

– FEED YOURSELF

Nutritious food! Proteins, complex carbohydrates, good fats, fruits, vegetables. Concentration and productivity is greatly enhanced when we feed our bodies with good things.
